Following your dental examination, if treatment is required, we will provide you with an estimate of the cost of your treatment.
All options, both NHS and Private (if appropriate), will be discussed at the examination appointment.
We would encourage you to ask for clarification at any time if you are unsure of your options or wish to change your mind on the options you have chosen.
Please try to give us as much notice off the changes as possible as some work may require laboratory involvement.
On extended courses of treatment, we will require a deposit at the start of treatment and if treatment extends for multiple visits over several weeks or involves laboratory work (ie crowns, bridges, dentures etc.) you will be asked to pay a contribution towards the final account at each visit.
At routine examination visits which involve a scale and polish,it will not be possible issue an account estimate as the treatment is completed in one visit.
Please see our price lists for more information on NHS and private fees as a guide and please ask if you are unsure.
Payment terms
We accept cash and also all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express.
Please note: We are unable to offer credit for treatment and unpaid accounts will be passed to our debt collection company.
